“Extremely clean and very personal owner and staff. Very much a hands on owner. The restaurant is very clean. No fishy smell. The interior temperature is perfect for the sushi experience.Quality meat and also bowls and ramen for those who prefer cooked items. The salmon is always fatty and very fresh. I have tried most of the dishes. But the Salmon and yellow tail are my favorites.”
